About us

The Recurrent Miscarriage Clinic, London is dedicated to the provision of a world-class service to women who have suffered from recurrent pregnancy loss. Two specialists, Professor Isaac Manyonda and Mr Vikram Talaulikar, collaborate in this venture.

Professor Isaac Manyonda

BSc MBBS PhD MRCOG FICOG (Hon). 

Professor Isaac Manyonda is a Senior Obstetrician and Gynaecologist at St. George’s Hospital, South London, and Professor in Obstetrics and Gynaecology at St George’s University of London.  

He was appointed to the Consultant staff in 1994 and over the past two decades, has brought numerous innovations to the service including setting up a pioneering dedicated Myoma Clinic, a busy recurrent miscarriage service, and has undertaken ground breaking research, some of which has been published in prestigious and high impact factor journals including the New England Journal of Medicine, Nature, Lancet and the BMJ.  He is an accomplished minimally invasive surgeon and has more than 25 years’ experience in caring for women with recurrent miscarriage.

Dr Vikram Sinai Talaulikar

MMBS, MD, MRCOG, PhD, MICOG

Mr. Vikram Sinai Talaulikar is an Associate Specialist at the Reproductive Medicine Unit in University College London Hospital NHS Trust and Hon. Senior Clinical Lecturer at the University College London. 

His clinical interests include reproductive endocrinology, assisted conception, menopause and recurrent miscarriage. He has published extensively in the area of reproductive medicine and runs a busy recurrent miscarriage clinic at UCLH. 

He is a member of the European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology and the British Fertility Society. He is a certified menopause specialist and a trainer for the Faculty of Sexual and Reproductive Health Menopause special skills module.
